PC Crashes when streaming.

Its not only my PC crashing while streaming, when I'm streaming Unturned my fps drops to like 20 or 15 then goes back up to a stable 75. I'm streaming with OBS to Twitch. Keep in mind when I'm not streaming my FPS does not drop like this at all.

CPU: FX 8370 (water cooled)
GPU: GTX 1060 strix
Windows 10 64 bit

Windows 10 64 bit
Ram: 16gb
Sata- A 1tb hard drive two 500gb hard drive and a 120gb ssd
Mobo: Msi 970 gaming
Water cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L
Monitor: ASUS 24-inch 75hrz free sync monitor (using hdmi)

I also just updated game ready drivers for nividia yesterday. Anything else you need to know about my pc?

Yup, PSU? What are your temps like?

Could be something to do with your OBS settings. Could you check it out online or on their live chat page?

Well temps never go over 70 and TDP is 80. PSU is a 450 watt corsair cx, believe it or not when both the cpu and gpu are under load they both RUN at 100% utilization at the same time under stress testing , telling me that my psu is sufficient l.

Max temp for CPU should be 62c , they can throttle at 70c.

Probably throttling.

I have actually fixed my issue, my CPU wasn't throttling at all. I've done stress test and the max was about 76 and CPU was still running at 100%. Im encoding with my GPU to stream and is work really good. No gaming issues either
