Can I install 2Gb*2 ddr to GA-945GME-DS2 (rev. 2.0) ? The document is not very clear.

According to the Memory QVL is does list some 2GB modules in dual-channel mode, so I would think it does, but you might want to stay with only what's on this list/tested.
