If it's just gaming and not streaming AND if the 8th gen/300 series mobo are significantly costlier in ur place, the setup u posted above is good for 1080p medium.
But the 1060 3gb offers more gpu power if it's retailing at its msrp there.
The case choice can be better. Isn't the corsair spec 04 or carbide 270R available there?
