Wifi works but not ethernet

My pc connects to wifi(only to 2.4 and not 5, and is slow) and not ethernet. I tried everything ipconfig/release and renew, netsh winsock reset, everything. I know it's not the cable because I tried a new one today. And also does not work on ps4. On my pc "change adapter settings" I see connections like "ethernet 2" "ethernet 4" and "wifi 2" I tried reseting the network settings, still nothing. I am so frustrated with this. Also when I go "regedit" I see local connection 12 and others. Please help

So your network does not work on the computer or your PC4, must be something with the ports or the router itself. Did you check link lights on the router and devices? Do you have the correct IP shown for your router if you do an ipconfig? Try rebooting the router?
