My computer does not have built-in speakers, so I usually use my headphones while I'm gaming or doing work. Recently, the headphone jack on my headphones got bent while connected to the computer, and I've been all sorts of problems since. The headphone port on the computer has stopped working, and when I plug in my headphones to the port on the back, the audio only comes out of one ear, and it sounds quieter than usual. What should I do to fix this?

Did you try another headphones ? If others behave same than the plug in the computer is damaged. Cheapest replacement would be a USB sound card. http://www.ebay.com/bhp/usb-sound-card
