1600x overclocking voltages

i have a msi b350 pro carbon and in the bios its not letting me change my voltage to an exact number. I input 1.275v and it rounds it up to 1.3v. i have xfr turned off.
im new to overclocking but if im not able to change my voltage to an exact number im pretty stuck

need someone with more advanced knowledge of voltages. set to 1.325v on core and left SOC on auto in click bios 5 i have LLC set to level 2 which seems to keep my voltage equal with relatively low spikes when going from load to idle and vice versa. i see my SOC (sv12tfn) on hwinfo voltage staying at around 1.3v. i've been reading that this should not exceed 1.2v for ryzen. when i left it on auto i was stable for an hour on occt stress test peaking at around 1.269v on the core under load

edit: could have been a costly mistake for me. seems like by setting soc manually at what i saw it pulling it added a huge offset for some reason. switched back to auto now and its staying at 1.44v maximum. well that makes sense >.>
