Is this configuration good for gaming and recording?

Hello guys. I am buying premade computer configuration for first time. I am buying it mostly for gaming (sometimes game recording and editing) in full hd and hd and somethimes I will make my intros or visualisations with adobe after effects cc (but this for adobe is not important that much for me. Mostly for gaming, recording and desktop). So thats the configuration:

*Processor - Intel core i5 7400 kaby lake
*Video - nvidia geforce gtx 1060 3GB (I can't afford better video card for now)
*RAM - 8GB DDR4 2133mhz (for now)
*Motherboard - Intel H110M (That means I can upgrade to any kaby lake CPU one day like i7 7700k. But one day, not now)

So guys tell me is that configuration good for my needs and will the i5 7400 bottleneck the gtx 1060 3gb?

Also I can buy configuration with AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and gtx 1050 ti (because my budget is low), but I think this configuration will get less fps than the first one or I don't know. Thats why I am asking you guys. I think there is no point in faster proccessor, but lower video card if the first one does not bottleneck. I know the i5 is about 10% lower than the ryzen for gaming and desktop, but I think the i5 7400 and the gtx 1060 3gb will be better.

Games that I will play are games like Fortnite, GTA V, Far cry, CS:GO, Battlefield 1, etc.

Please tell me, because thats my first computer configuration. Also sorry for my bad English, I'm from Bulgaria.

Solution

i5 7400 with gtx 1060 3gb due to the 1060 3GB.
It will be okay. For gaming only, it should handle 1080p just fine, but the 3Gb may limit in the future.

Kaby Lake is a dead platform. If you were to upgrade on that motherboard, the best you can do is the 7700, as the 7700k is unlocked and pairing it with a locked motherboard is wasting money.

It won't be a fantastic experience, but it should be good enough.

It will be ok for editing and desktop programs, wont it?

Desktop programs yes. Editing, it depends. Video Editing, and Rendering will take long times and will be slow. Basic editing should be okay.
