even tho i dont have GPU yet or might take other one..
its better to have knowledge about this one since its more common error and i've experienced it before when i was repairing someone's PC.. <well that was long ago and the card was definitely dead.. RIP..>

EDIT: added INFO

Solution
Either, flashing bios can fix, or he isn't using latest windows update (which can do error codes).
That could be two options.
Others can be fixed (Maybe) by cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and brush as dust can do damage (if not cleaned in 1 year minimum, i saw and experienced some issues with that).

hi rob!

first of all its not mine, it's for sell for 60 less USD.. i dunno any other specs beside the pics.. sorry about that.

maybe he hasn't tried disassembling it? maybe he feared to damage the card that will result into not more buyable state than it was before.. well that was a good move..

seriously other than that i dont have any info.. sorry for that and sorry for my bad english.. kek XD

seems like i really have to resort to bios flash huh... hmm...

does it worth the risk with that kind of card?

i mean if you ask a technician, that price is definitely a worth taking.. but for me.. there's a chance of not fixing it..

But still, if says error, that means either bios corruption, bad card cleaning, or bad psu, but least point is bad PSU if he is using.
Im going to buy GTX 295 in couple of days, sellers says not working , for 10$...

Or most common unsupported motherboard, happened to me once and i threw working GPU to the bin... and it was my first gpu :(
