Im currently trying to dual boot both win7/10. I have a MSI B150 PC Mate MB.
I used all sorts of tools like Rufus and MSI Smart tool to make my USB a bootable drive.
I get the error: Configuration sets are only supported when Windows installation is started from Windows PE. When i run it from Windows to check

I have made sure all BIOS settings are correct: fast boost OFF, secure boot OFF, Win 7 installation ON
