Ram compatibility Ryzen Build

Hello ive been thinking lately to upgrade my system (i5 6600k 16g of ram Asus Z170A) to a new Ryzen Build (b350 Ryzen 5 1600) but my problem is that in Every QVL i dont see the code of my RAM to the Supported list memory.

My RAM is Corsair LPX 2400MHZ : http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/vengeance-lpx-4gb-1x4gb-ddr4-dram-2400mhz-c14-memory-kit-black-cmk4gx4m1a2400c14

Will it work with a AM4 motherboard or not?

Yes it will work. I recomend going with 3000mhz ram though, if it fits into y our budget. Ryzen likes faster ram.

you are much better off dropping an i7 7700k into your current build and waiting another gen or two before upgrading

you are actually downgrading specifically for gaming

for productivity an OC'ed 7700k easily spanks a 1600 as well because how poorly ryzen overclocks especially with a b350 mobo

I thought so.I need my pc for multitasking thing that i can not do with the i5 thats why my mind went instantly for an upgrade (Ryzen) i thought the possibility to go for a 7700k and not to change motherboard (z170A Asus).Furthermore i see in forums that Ryzen 5 1600 is much better in multitasking than the i7 7700k.

In this case i agree with maxalge,but it might depend on what you mean with "multitasking" although there's little or none the i7 can't do properly.
