Hi I was putting together a ryzen 1600 build with an msi r9 390x and an Asus Prime A320m-k using his old HDD and SSD for a friend which had his windows 7 installed to the SSD and despite my best efforts when I would get into recovery mode or windows setup using my disk, the mouse and keyboard don't respond at all I have tried different mouses Bluetooth and wired, I have them plugged into the USB 2.0 when I take the keyboard out and replug it the leds then respond on the KB but it still does nothing and so does the mouse, I have everything on the Mobo related to USB enabled, I have tried disabling and enabling the XCHI Hand Off to no avail I have been trying this for 3 hours and need to get it done urgently so any help would be really appreciated thanks.

It's actually W7 that doesn't support Ryzen and other newer systems. Only Asrock has released some patches for W7 for their systems.
I have W7 also installed as secondary OS (with W10 and Linux) but it gave me a good fight to install.
