is the geforce gtx 1050 2gt lp compatible with the msi z77a-g43 motherboard?

i was going to change my graphics card but it wont work. i dont know if my mobo is broken, or i if it just isnt compatible with the graphics card?
can someone please help?

Could you explain on what your issue is? Such as the card is not powering up (no display and fans not spinning) or the card is not outputing display? That motherboard does support your card, also check if the card is in the first slot not the second since it has two x16 slots.

There is just a black screen and it says B2 down in the left corner. and then it starts beeping (1 beep at a time). fans are spinning. it is in the first slot aswell.
