Secure Boot Violation on New Build

First time poster, long time reader. Long story short I finally decided to build my next HTPC and give my brother my modded Optiplex. I am pretty good with hardware and Windows, but am lost right now.
i7-4790k, Asus z97m-pro, 3.5" Firecuda 1tb sshd, gt730, 301c chassis, h7 cooler, Win 10 pro.
I purchased the Mobo used and am not sure if that's what's causing the issue. I went through all the proper steps to unlink the old PC from my MS account and used media creation to put win 10 x64 on a flash drive. New PC is up and running, boots into bios fine and I can play around in the uefi all day. But when I try and boot off the USB to install Windows it fails Everytime. I have been reading and trying every solution I could find, however, almost everyone with this issue already has Windows installed and therefore can use a repair/recovery utility. I cannot. I do not have a DVD drive either. I only have this USB. So Everytime the boot fails it takes me back to the bios and round and round I go. It's getting old lol.
Turning off secure boot, appending keys, disabling csm, or many other combinations of settings does nothing. I've tried everything I can think of. So now I am wondering if the Mobo is bad. I also tried another USB with win 10 media creation on it as well as one with win 7 on it. Bios has latest update and the sshd is brand new. Bios reads sshd and USB fine.
Here are some screenshots of what I get. Thanks in advance for any help!

Your pictures are blocked. However, my advice to you for now is:
Try another mobo and see if it works. The problem is probably with the BIOS.
Try putting win 10 onto a cd. I think this might work because the BIOS may prefer CD boot rather than a USB one.

Hope this helps!
