CPU Temps Weird After Reset

Hello, so yesterday, I reset my pc's OS Windows 10, and now my PC seems to have weird temperature spikes. Watching a YouTube video on full screen can make my temperature spike to 59 degrees, and on idle it bounces between 29-35. This only began after the reset. Is there anything I can do?

That sounds normal to me. When watching a video using integrated graphics it will push the CPU to around 60C on most coolers. On idle, around 30C is perfectly normal if not decent. My i5 2500k idles at around 39C with a cheap quiet aftermarket cooler in a very warm room.

60C is a long way away from an unsafe load CPU temperature. Only at above 80C should you be worried unless you have an AMD CPU.

Thousands of things change when you reset your PC. Unless you have an actual system issue I wouldn't worry.
