The question is: what should I buy to "upgrade my PC", I think it's a really good pc but I can't run games like GTA V because of the shitty graphics card I have, my PC actually has a I5 4590k (3,3 ghz) an Asus h81m-k and 2x ddr3 4gb each HyperX running at 1333mhz, and I don't have a graphics card, just the I5 one, what should I do to this PC to at least play bo3?

You needs a discrete graphics card.

1. Determine what graphics card you want. For GTA5, I would look at 1050 or 1050 Ti minimum. An older card like a GTX 770 or GTX 960 would also work good.
2. Buy a power supply that is at least 450-550 watts and preferably high quality like Seasonic Focus or EVGA gold series. If you skip this step the PC will fail completely.
3. Install both, install GPU drivers, games with massively increased FPS.
Even if you bought the best CPU you still cannot game on integrated Intel graphics.
