CPU Usage 100%

So I got finally a new PC after my last MSI Laptop melted inside. Because I had an Budget I choose for my CPU the amd ryzen 1300x and a Gtx 1050 ti. Only what concerns me is that when I play i spot that my CPU usage is 100% and sometimes my mouse goes unresponsive for some seconds. Does somebody have a advice?

Quite a few newer games can use up 4 cores completely so nothing weird there.
The unresponsive mouse could be unrelated,if you have a slow hdd and low mem it will happen due to swap/page file usage,it could also be a hdd with faulty connection or some bad/weak sectors but sometimes it also happens with really unoptimized games.
