Look, I'm not wanting a 120fps, maximum graphics, MLG pro let's go type of a computer. I am wanting something that can maybe run around 50fps and meh graphics.

I was searching around on Amazon trying to find a pre-built one that fits my needs. I think I have found one, it's the Acer Aspire TC-780-Acki3.

Again, I'm not looking for MLG, amazing graphics and FPS gameplay. I am looking for 40-50 fps and meh graphics. With that said, how well might this computer run games such as World of Tanks, World of Warships or War Thunder?

Thanks!

1) looking at the manufacturers pictures of the pc box itself I can see the PSu is ATX format so it can possibly be upgraded later on.
2) looking at the images I notice there is a extra slot available for PCIE connectivity.

checking out the specification sheet : https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/815XB+mWNML.pdf
I find : 1x PCI Express® X16 and PSU = 300W
which tells me the best you will be able to run as additional video card on this would be an inexpensive GT1030 or GTX 750ti. as the 1050ti seemingly would surpass your needs for graphics. :)

The motherboard video is Intel HD Graphics 630, which is not really all that great at all.
can you buy it now and struggle through game and buy a video card later, sure.

All of the games you mention recommend a dedicated graphics card. Since the Acer PC you mention doesn't have one, they may not even run. You either need to find a low end card like a GTX1050 and add it in or find a PC with a graphic card already installed.

So you're telling me this won't even run it on low graphics?

It will play World of Tanks. It's higher than the minimum settings, but below the recommended settings. So yeah, meh graphics... though I'm guessing 40 FPS range (not really sure). According to the WoT website, it's playable - whatever that means.

I was just trying to provide some guidance. It sucks buying a new PC and games, then finding that they either won't run or are almost unplayable. One other side note. Before you purchase a PC, be sure that you can upgrade it, i.e. a graphics card will fit and the power supply is good enough to support the card. Many cheap PC's come with low wattage power supplies that don't have a power connector for a graphics card.
