I tried to move bus speed to 203MHz, but than I can't turn on computer. What else I need to change?
I don't play new games, I play LoL, CS GO, also I can play Crysis1, 2 and 3, GTA(5 on low settings, but full resolution, about 25fps). I just want a little OC for a some better performances. Can I do something? No? Can I OC GPU? If I can, what MHz is ok? (sorry for bad english)

Read the overclock.net guide. It will tell you in detail what to do. You can't overclock if you don't know what you're doing exactly. It's a bit of a science and sadly isn't as easy as just changing a single number.

Overclocking isn't a good way to gain a large amount of FPS also. It won't turn a 2008 era CPU into a new one. Same goes for graphics card overclocks, they are only for squeezing a bit more performance out of a card. Most people here would tell you that that system is too old and under powered to play any kinds of games on in terms of CPU and GPU. One thing you may want to do is get a better graphics card. The performance you get from the R7 250 is comparable with a new PC with no graphics card at all. That would give you more FPS immediately although then you'd have your CPU bottlenecking.

That's bad because I bought this GPU in 2016 (I think) and some guys told me that is good option for my configuration. Nevermind, thanks for fast answers! I don't know to much about OC... I don't know when will my parents let me buy new PC... Thanks! :(
Maybe I will buy new in 2025 because I will sell antique CPU and motherboard for big money :"D

Sorry it seems you were mislead. The Radeon 250 is designed for small PCs or home theater PCs. The 280 is more designed for gaming PCs. A GTX 760 is a mid-range graphics card from 2013 and it's 231% faster than the Radeon R7 250. If you have the 250X, that difference goes down to 120% slower than the GTX 760. I have a GTX 770 and in games like The Witcher 3 or GTA5 it struggles in some areas. In short, your graphics card is your big problem. It can be replaced without replacing the PC although after you do that the CPU will become the big weakness. Complete rebuild is ideal.
