I have serious problem can install ddr5 graphic card with ddr3 mother bord but I just installed the driver of ddr5 graphic card when I restart the computer it will not on

DDR3 RAM for the motherboard has nothing to do with DDR5 for the GPU.
All else being equal, it will work.

Now...your system not starting? That is something else.
