Asus Strix B350-f Ethernet problem

I'm not sure if the Ethernet port on the motherboard is faulty or the BIOS because whenever I plug in the cable the signal on my pc goes yellow(unidentified) and red(not connected) in interval of every 5 seconds. I've tried using a PCIe Ethernet adapter but it does not work either. Internet works sometimes but I have to get lucky and plug the cable in and out for like a hundred times. The lights on the motherboard blink continuously. I think something is wrong with the BIOS/Chipset itself. Please help.

And the Ethernet that you try to use work for another device?

If both the port on the motherboard, and an expansion card doesn't work. might be the motherboard itself, return/exchange it

Did you returned the motherboard? I'm having the exact same Issue, I got a wireless adapter to get the internet working but my Ethernet port behaves just like yours did...

No man, I got it from another country so I cannot return it, still using USB tethering from my phone to get connected to the internet.
