system shut down automatically without any warning

I I have a core dual 2 cpu with 4gb ram.. which was working great.. but suddenly after few months it was showing problem of automatic shutdown and dont restart until i press manually.. so i have change the motherboard twice including hard disk.. but still now i am facing the problem... so can anyone tell me what is the problem... and how to solve it.
