Dual sound cards separate outputs

OK I need to play two different audio players at the same time and have them output with separate L R rca plugs or stereo jack. They are to plug into a mixer board on separate faders. WIN 7
 
Solution
A
1. Select first audio device as "default", start first audio application, let it play
2. Select second audio device as "default", start second audio application, let it play.
