Hi All - I have a new computer. Right away I moved my documents, videos, pictures, and desktop folder to my D drive (1TB) from my 150 GB drive C - knowing that I would have storage issues. Now, I am getting a not enough memory for an upgrade (Windows 10). I am not sure what to move/delete to make room. My files are below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Windows.old...absolutely!
You need to go through Disk Cleanup to do that.

Also (as noted above) turn hibernation OFF. Steps to do that linked above.

I hope this makes sense - data under all the labels. I cannot find an attachment button. Not sure where the restore point settings were. Thanks for your help.

Right .... and I cannot find a way to look at it. It won't allow me to look at the contents. I'm pretty sure something went wrong. I'm the only user, and an Admin. Not sure what to do or where I messed up. I just realized that my Desktop is sitting on C, but I never though that would take that much space.

File Explorer, and open up that Desktop folder.
See whats in there.

It is on - the list I posted shows my hidden files - I had it on when I was trying to find it. Am I to assume that one cannot access the Documents and Settings folder?

That ajrsubs is the same name of the folder where I have stored my stuff in C. Almost like I did a "copy" instead of moving one of my folders

The App Data folder in C: (Users) is 32.9 GB - not sure what that means

Right ... I will look into that. It seems a little risky for what I've read so far. Do you know, is it safe to get rid of the WindowsOld and Windows10Upgrade folders? or the contents? Or should I leave them alone.
