my intel integrated graphics is not working, when turned on the monitor starts blinking and notification comes by saying graphics has stoped responding and has been sucssesfully recovered but it wont stop it goes on all day. should i buy a new graphics card gt 1030? or a

Installing a GPU would most likely solve that problem but I can't advise you on which one to get as that's not my area of expertise. Plus, you would have to post the full specs of your PC to get any meaningful advice on that anyway.

You should try to find a used GPU that has a low wattage...just don't buy it from ebay. Try looking on craigslist, letgo, offerup if you're in the US, or gumtree if you're in the UK.
But if a card like that won't fit in your case, then go for a 1030.
