*New* SSD terrible download speed

Disclaimer: Terrible with hardware.

I bought a brand new SSD 3 days ago.The problem is that a download will start normally and after a couple of seconds, it will drop down to like 40KB/s

I have installed everything as it is supposed to be. TRIM and Write Cache are enabled, it's connected to a SATA3 port but nothing is helping.(Running Win 10 64bit) I saw someone had a similar issue but with an old SSD. Anyone encountered such an issue with a new one?

Downloads from the web should have nothing to do with the hard drive you have. It would be like saying you bought a new car but now there is more traffic on the road, you having a new car has nothing to do with traffic. Or are you talking about copying a file to the drive from another drive or your network?

Did you reboot your modem and router? If you got a new SSD, did you re-install Windows on it, was it your boot drive? If you re-installed Windows, did you install the drivers from the motherboard vendor?
