My computer doesn't boot. The screen goes blank after Bios POST and a single beep. Chassis fans keep running, GPU fans are silent, monitor goes to sleep. Keyboard and mouse lose power, no lights on them.

I've followed the steps in the following link with little success"perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems". But came to the following conclusion since there were no long Beeps after I removed all HDDs, RAMS etc (Pt 23 from the link) : Issue should be, in probable order, a bad PSU, motherboard, or CPU.

Removed the GPU and reset CMOS, it booted fine and worked for 30 mins. Then, suddenly the monitor went to sleep. After that it wouldn't boot up.

Tried alternate PSU, (around 300W, but without my GPU), still the same issue. Sometimes it boots and works for few minutes, and then goes blank. Or it doesn't boot up at all.

There was power fluctuation the day before this started happening.

So, My Question: which part(s) have stopped working? PSU/MBD/CPU/GPU?
