while i was playing a game my pc suddenly crashed and wouldnt turn on or show any lights, i found out the problem was occuring only when my graphics card (EVGA GeForce GTX 960 Super Clocked ACX 2.0 4GB GDDR5 128 Bit Gaming Graphic Card (04G-P4-3962-KR)) is connected to the power supply. the card is about 2 years old.
is there no way to fix it? i opened it up and took some photos if it helps in any way.

Wattage being enough is not a sign that the power supply is good, just that it was OK at some point. You should post all the things you tried already in the...
How do you know the issue is with the card and not with the power supply or PCIe slot? Test the card in another system, try your system with another good quality power supply, try another card of similar power use in your system. It may be a bad card, but that is not the only possible reason why your system can't boot with it.

I have a different card that doesnt need a connection to the power supply, and it works fine. and im pretty sure its not problem with the power supply since the wattage is enough, and my pc keeps working fine without the card connected.

Wattage being enough is not a sign that the power supply is good, just that it was OK at some point. You should post all the things you tried already in the initial post since we can only go by what you say. No way to know you tested another card in your computer for example. I would not rule out the card as dead unless it does not work in another system with a known good power supply. You won't be able to fix it, sometimes underclocking will work but it may only be a short term fix.
