Okay so recently my PC started displaying this message and every time it did i would just remove my PSU cable for 10 seconds and plug it in back. It worked just fine until now. I tried almost everything i can think of and it wouldn’t start(changed from IDE to AHCI, checked if the SSD is displayed in bios and tried startup repair). So i got myself a bootable usb with windows 7 on it to find out what the problem is. I ran cmd prompt, typed chkdsk /r C: and got this message
