advice on a Graphic card for some gaming and video editing

Hi Guys, I inherited a PC desktop and I need your advice on what Graphic card to get for some gaming and video editing, here are the specs:

Shortages are making prices all over the place. Try and find the best deal on the tier you want. one tier up means it's not highly noticeable improvements. high price doesn't mean better. nvidia volta higher end models might launch in a month. could be worth the wait.

1050s are close to msrp. a lot of mid tier models like 1060 and 1070 priced high because of shortages.
1050 will run games on low or medium settings fine. 1050 ti should be around $180. dont pay $250+ for one. Their prices are going up. the normal 1050 is like 90% as fast and i bought one for $130 a few months ago. RX 560 got a stealth nerf so becareful of benchmarks.
