GPU Problem & PC turn on, after few seconds off, and after few seconds on and works...

Hello, i have two problems that i can't fix, and i'm asking for help, maybe you have an idea.

So first is:

My GPU MSI ITX RX 560 not works on motherboard KOLE X58, i mean screen doesn't show on this motherboard, but with another GPU works, and GPU RX 560 works on another motherboard....

Second is:

When i turn on my PC, he run for a few seconds (2-3), after this, he is turning off for 1-2 seconds, and after this he is starting and working....

Any ideas, sorry for my bad english!

The MB is too old so that it does not have the proper BIOS for the newer rx580. You may try update the BIOS to see you can sovle the problem or not.

Do you oc the cpu or GPU in this PC?
