Dark Souls 3 bad FPS after a year.

So about a year ago i was playing Dark Souls 3, Geforce Exprience had optimized the game for me and it was completely fine.

I returned the game with DLC's to play it again. But now the game has so much FPS drops, Geforce Exprience had the game optimized but it doesn't work at all. In task manager it says Dark Souls 3 uses %90-%100 of my GPU.

I downgraded every single graphic option to low, turned AA off, and set the resolution to 800x600, the FPS drops are gone. It uses %40-%60 of GPU when i do this. But i dont wanna play like that, i know somethings wrong otherwise how could i play it without a problem a year ago?

My driver is up to date.
I tried changing some options to have better performance(which they seem like it'd help) in Nvidia control center. They didn't help me a bit.

My system is:

Nvidia Geforce GTX 950M
16GB RAM
Intel core i7-6700 HQ CPU2.60 GHz (8 CPUS)

Any ideas why is this happening? Please keep in mind that i had no any problem playing it in medium-medium to high settings a year ago.

Well having GPU usage at 90-100% in a game is what you want, it means the CPU is not a bottleneck.

That game either uses SMAA or FXAA for anti aliasing. Neither will impact performance much if at all, I would just leave that on.

From what I can gather the settings which impact FPS the most are depth of field and motion blur, ambient occlusion, and shadow quality.

GPU and CPU temps under load? If your system is overheating and throttling now and wasn't before, that could cause a a performance loss.

No i guess its not under load. It isn't overheating as well too, tempatures are normal.
