I have all of that besides the CPU, motherboard, and RAM. I'm just using my current PSU until I get more funds to get a gold rated one.

I'm only looking to game at 1080p and 60fps, which I think this build can do.

Also, any recommendations for some cheap quiet case fans? The ones I have now are pretty loud. And how many fans can that motherboard have connected? Thanks!

Hi azumagenkaku13,
According to this : https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/index.asp#Specification the motherboard has 3 fan headers (4pins) so you can have up to 6-9 fans in your case + CPU fan so you have more then enough!

For 1080 60FPS, the GTX 1060 6Go is enough. (sometimes you'll have to fight with settings but nothing important)
About the CPU, i really don't know Ryzen. Never had it in hand so i'll let someone else respond but IMO, it's enough too

For your fans, they're plenty of good brand out there.
What come in mind is Be Quiet!, Noctua and Corsair.
Noise is relative and almost every branded fan is "inaudible" under 800-900RPM.
