I may be able to build up an old HP for a friend and I have an old GTX 660 Ti (PNY) hanging around. Would that be good enough to say play SW Battlefront 2 smoothly at 1080P? Or buy a GTX 1050 Ti or something close to that? The HP has 8 G of DDR 3 at 1333 and a I5-2300 CPU. Power supplies I have...so not to worry about that.
