Hey all. Withing the past month my internet has been cutting out randomly for 20-30 seconds at a time and when it reconnects my speed drops drastically. I normally get around 60Mbps down but after these disconnects it lowers to around 4Mbps or sometimes down to a couple hundred Kbps. I've tried everything I can think. When I ping google.com over 300 times about 25-50 of them are 170ms time but most of them are 50ms. If I do a tracert it seems normal. I am playing wired to my router with a cat5e cable and my router can handle up to 300Mbps. Is this something on my isp's side? Anything i can do? I can post any info you need.
