MOBO- Asus B350 prime
RAM- 8 gb veng corsair ram 3k mhz
CPU- Ryzen 5 1600
CPfan- Cooler Masterr aio ml120l
GPU- fried gtx 660
PSU- EVGA 650w 80gold
CASE- older corsair case
OS- Windows 10 when it boots

I have a samsung uhd 29" monitor. Its amazing but i always have dual monitors going. Looking for a gpu that can run another smaller 144hz monitor possibly for under 300. If not. What are my options?

Edit: the least of my worries is the ability to run both monitors at the same time.

Well, for just plain media streaming, even a GT 730 will handle 4K resolutions just fine, let alone a better one.

Gaming-wise, there's no single GPU that will 100% guarantee 60FPS@4K resolutions...although the 1080TI & its Titan XP equivalent come pretty darn close. So it depends on what resolution you want to game at:
-- 1440p/144Hz: GTX 1080 is what you want
-- 1440p/60-75Hz or 1080p/144Hz: GTX 1070/1070TI/1080, although with the prices I'd lean towards the latter if you can afford it.
-- 1080p/60-75Hz: GTX 1060 will do just fine.
