Windows only boots in Safe Mode.

Greetings all. I'm in dire need of help. I recently tried merge my C: and D: partitions with the use of EaseUS Partition Master, although I cancelled the process halfway through. Upon a restart, I discovered that my PC was running extremely slow on the 'sign in' screen.
I managed to boot into safe mode and deactivated my password for direct access into my user account.
Unfortunately, it made matters worse. Instead of loading up the 'sign in' screen, my PC just stays black with the cursor visible sometimes.
I can still boot into safe mode perfectly but I can neither boot into Windows normally or into Safe mode with networking.
Unfortunately, I don't have a recovery media or system restore image so refreshing isn't an option.
I've tried other methods such as uninstalling/deactivating my graphics driver but to no avail.
I've also tried using a recovery drive from another system but it displayed, "Your refresh could not be completed, no changes were made."
My PC is running Windows 8.
I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks in advance.
