Hello everyone. I was hoping for some guidance on a build I am doing for my little brother.

I have an MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon Mobo and want to put a 2nd 1080 ti SC2 Hybrid. I have been looking at the Slot spacing all over and cannot find a definitive answer.

My questions are:
1. What is the slot spacing between the first and second PCIE slot?
2. Will 2 1080 Ti Hybrids fit in the first and second slot or will I have to use the PCIE further below? (Also, if I have to do this, what is the slot spacing for it?)

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

See Pg 30 of your user's manual (download from here). For an SLI configuration, you need to install the cards in PCI_E1 and PCI_E4.

Your first 1080Ti SC will cover slots PCI_E1 and PCI_E2.
PCI_E3 will not be covered (you'll have some space there).
Your second 1080Ti SC will cover slots PCI_E4 and PCI_E5

For an SLI bridge, you will want a Three-Slot SLI Bridge:
