Was I SCAMMED out of a Nvidia graphics card?

I THINK I WAS SCAMMED. MAYBE. So, here it goes, I bought a lenovo Y520 Legion that was supposed to include a Nvidia GTX 1050, but when I checked the graphics card info on my laptop, it showed Intel HD Graphics 630. Hence, I'm curious whether I was scammed. I did download Nvidia GeForce Experience and it said that I don't have a Nvidia graphics card in my laptop. WAS I SCAMMED?

Did it come with OS installed ? If so. it should have been enabled if it's there. I see they also list AMD Radeon™ RX 560 4GB as an option and it's nor any worse than 1050, See if you can install AMD drivers.

depends on where you got it from. that laptop may have had a lot of options and the one you bought may have not come with an nvidia GPU. if you bought this new it will have an NVIDIA sticker on it

Make sure it isn't just disabled in BIOS.
