Which one is better for Intel Pentium G4600 :
- MSI B250M PRO-VD M.2 USB3.0
Or
-MSI B250M BAZOOKA LGA1151 DDR4

Both are quite similar,

The PRO-VD is a more budgety approach, therefore a bit less resourcefull. But it will work just as the other option.
MOBOs do not limit the power of a non-overclockable CPU, so your G4600 will work equally on both.

Main difference i saw is that one has only two RAM slots, while the other has four, which will give you in the long therm an easy upgrade path.
