Dedicated GPU + Integrated Graphics. Pros/Cons?

Hi Everyone long time reader, first time posting.

Situation:
I currently run 3 monitors running from my Nvidia GTX 1060.  It has been working fine for me but I have recently begun streaming on twitch.  Now instead of 1 busy monitor I have 3 busy monitors with twitch dashboard/OBS/twitch chat/streamlabels/discord/...  apps running where I can see them on other monitors.  I am usually fine on most games but some games including PUBG have my GTX 1060 and CPU running at 100% the entire time I am playing while streaming.

My Temporary Solution:

Would it be beneficial to have my 2 non-gaming monitors running off my integrated graphics card so I can dedicate my 1060 to only running the gaming monitor or would the difference be negligible?

Is it even possible?  Will the integrated intel graphics driver and the nvidia graphics drivers get along?   Will this require enough additional CPU usage to have a negative impact?  I plan to start testing when I get home from work but would like to hear if anyone has already done some research into this.

My Long Term Temporary solution:

I have considered getting a second graphics card or upgrading to a 1070/1080 however I can't justify paying inflated prices bestowed upon us by the crypto-miners.  And I want to see what Nvidia Volta has on the horizon for the next gen of graphics cards before deciding to upgrade.  I have also been looking into selling my 7600K and upgrading ot a 7700K.

System Specs:
Meat and potatoes of my Computer:
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z270-K
CPU:  Core i5 7600K

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060

RAM: 16GB DDR 4

You have a 4 core/4 thread CPU, that's your biggest problem. You need that much just to play a game like PUBG, all that streaming stuff is extra work but you have no threads or cores for it. I'd upgrade to the i7. Your videocard might still be at 100% usage but that doesn't matter as long as performance is good enough to game and stream.
