Should I upgrade my CPU or my GPU?

My current rig is:
CPU: AMD A10-7800
GPU: Radeon R7 370 2GB
RAM: 4x4GB DDR3 HyperX Fury 1600mhz
Mobo: A88X-Gamer

I want to get a Radeon R5 1600, but then I'd have to sell my mobo, RAM, which is pretty complicated.
If I get a new GPU (planning on getting a Radeon R9 390) I'll mostly likely get bottlenecked...

I honestly don't know what to do, I plan on playing games like PUBG, CSGO, GTA5

For context, my current CPU usually gets up to 100% usage easily, by playing any game.

If your maxing out your cpu already getting a better gpu won’t give you better FPS, your cpu is the limiting factor already.

If budget is a concern I'd look at the Ryzen 3 1200 or 2200G as they can pretty much overclock to around 3.7ghz on the stock cooler and will give you much better performance then that A10. Just make sure any of the newer Ryzen CPU's you have paired with a B350/X370 motherboard for overclocking.

Agreed. Even a ryzen 1200 will be a huge upgrade for you. And should give you options for future CPU upgrades.
