It's very difficult to follow what you are asking about here. I'm assuming that English isn't your native language; it may be helpful to use an online translator so that your sentence structure and spelling is easier to understand and follow.

What I've been able to gather is this:
1) You currently have 6 LL RGB fans.
2) You want to add 3 more LL RGB Fans.

I don't know what an "RGB box" is. For the fans, there is RGB Fan Hub that can connect up to six fans. You have one of these that's currently full. There is also the Lighting Node Pro (NoPro) and Commander Pro (CoPro) ... each of which can connect to 2 RGB Fan Hubs. It appears that you have a CoPro already so that should have an open RGB LED connection for a second RGB Fan Hub...

You will need a second RGB Fan Hub. I don't understand why you are talking about USB headers; the RGB Fan Hub won't need a USB header and will connect to your existing CoPro.

I have seen some stories of folks using custom splitter cables for the Corsair fans but this is not supported and not recommended unless you really understand how the fans and their communication protocol works. Furthermore, this is absolutely not recommended with the LL fans; 6 LL Fans will draw up to 3.72A of current. Adding 1 more puts you at 4.34A. Adding 2 more puts it at 4.96A. You have a limit of 4.5A on the 5V rail for SATA so at 8 fans, you are over the maximum current draw for the SATA power specification.
