according to the review its a okay cooler, but like it sais, can get quite noisy.
also take an air cooler like the cryorig h7 quad lumi in consideration(my favorite cooler ever so biased xD).

IMO, those CLC AiO are not good enough for the price asked.
performance wise they are at best comparable to good air cooler while much louder. that not to mention infinite reliability difference and the price.
a decent 40-70$ air cooler can do better.

well, than just get one.
The reliability and performance difference between AiOs are mostly next to none. they tend to last 3-5 years.
though you can go with some fluid gaming kit from EK. they are relatively cheap while performance and noise are good.

I did that review of the Cooler Master ML240L.
It would seem this purchase is simply to say you 'liquid cool' (which doesn't really mean GOOD liquid cooling) and that temperatures are less important than aesthetics.

IMHO this is one of the best AIO available in the market today. For the price it does not compares even with the best air coolers. Also it supports TR4/Sp3 socket for Threadripper or EPYC AMD CPUs. I own several (dozens) and none have failed or leaked. Temps are excellent. Please read every review about this cooler (RGB or not), and you will be surprised.
