I am making my very first PC. I don't know much about it. I have ordered the following things:-
1) B250F Strix Gaming - ROG - LGA1151 - 7th Generation MotherBoard (DDR4 Upto 64GB 2400+, RGB Aura, 3D Printing, Dual M.2, Full ATX Board)
2)TL-WN725N 150Mbps Wireless N Nano USB Adapter (Black)
3)Samsung LC24FG70FQ Curved Gaming Monitor
4)Palit GT1030 2GB DDR5 PCI Express Graphic Card
5)Seagate Barracuda 2TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive with 7200 RPM (ST2000DM006)
6)BBC 4.7 out of 5 stars 4 Reviews
0653BB GAMING CABINET WITH 3.0,33 LED FAN AND SIDE TRANSPARENT PANEL
7)Silicon Power SP008GBLFU240BS2 8GB 2400 MHz DDR4 Gaming RAM
8)Redgear Manta Redgear MT41 Gaming Set
9)Intel Core i5 7400 - LGA1151 - 7th Generation Core Desktop Processor (LGA1151, 3.0Ghz Upto 3.5Ghz Turbo, 6MB Cache)
10)Havit HV-SK599 2.0 Channel PC Speakers (Black/Blue)
11)Corsair VS450 450-Watt Power Supply

Questions:-
1)Are they all compatible with each other?
2)How will be its overall performance out of 100?
3) Is Palit PCIe gaming graphics card?
4) is 450 watt smps ok?
5)will it rin all high end games?
6)what more do i have to buy?

With a 1030 GPU it won't run any high end games, and will struggle with medium games. It's not a high end GPU by any means. A 1030 in my Country is $140. A 1080ti which is what most would consider a great GPU to run high end games maxxed out graphics, is $1200. So a $1000 difference just in GPU.

You've already ordered those? There are some issues there... Nothing that would make your PC won't boot but still, very sketchy. But answering before anything.
1) Yes
2) 45
3) No, the 1030 isn't a gaming card, not for 1080p.
4) It is
5) Stable 60 FPS? Not at all, perhaps on Low you'll get stable 30 FPS.
6) Nothing that i can recall.

But first,
- Your PSU is total gargabe. VS units are very bad and don't deliver the total power they promise and have very basic(if at all) safety measure inside it. I'd go with at least a CXM 450 if you wanna get a cheap PSU.
- The 1030 GPU is a strong card for it's purpose. Unfortunately, gaming @1080p isn't it. It can handle only handle 720p in new games.
- It seems you spend al of your money on the Monitor and MOBO and had none left for the rest of the build...

It will work but if i could, i would try to change a few pieces before they arrive.

I agree that you will probably want something more than a GT 1030 for a gaming system. At the very least, you should be looking at a GTX 1050, which should be nearly twice as fast, and a lot more capable for gaming at 1080p resolution. Personally, I would suggest going with a lower-end motherboard, and putting the money saved toward your graphics card.

As for the PSU, I would not describe it as "total garbage", since there are other PSUs that are much worse. It may be low-end, but for a system with lower power demands like the one you've listed, a VS450 will likely serve its purpose well enough. The system you have listed won't likely draw more than 200 watts from the PSU under load, and even if you moved up to a GTX 1050 or 1050 Ti, power draw still won't likely exceed 250 watts. The VS450 might not be able to deliver its full rated capacity for extended loads, but your system shouldn't need that anyway. You can likely find better units priced just a little more though.

I have changed my gpu to Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mini ZT-P10510A-10L 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express Graphics Card.
Will it be fine to run high end games at FHD?
I have also change SMPS to Circle APFC 500 watt PSU. Can it give power to all components efficiently or not? If not then which to buy?

I wanted to buy a RGB motherboard which can be upgraded highly afterwards, so I chose this one.

What will new rating out of 100?
Is 8gb ram enough?
Can I use cracked windows 10 for boot up or buh a new or any other solution?

Thank you!

A GTX 1050 Ti should be a lot better than a GT 1030 for 1080p resolution. In some of the newer, more demanding games, you'll likely need to turn down graphics settings somewhat if you want to maintain frame rates around 60fps though. Moving up to a GTX 1060, it would be more likely that you could keep the settings maxed or nearly maxed in these games while getting over 60 fps. However, there's currently a shortage of graphics cards that has resulted in prices being a lot higher for the last couple months, so there's quite a big price jump to get to the next performance level right now, and it will likely take months for the prices to come down substantially.

As for the power supply, I'm not very familiar with Circle since they aren't sold around here, but I think they are a lower-end brand. It might potentially be worse than the VS450, though I couldn't say for sure.

RAM is also priced rather high right now, and few games currently benefit from having more than 8GB, so that's probably a fine amount for the time being, and is usually a relatively easy upgrade later on if you find you need more.

I won't provide a "rating out of 100" since it really depends on your specific needs, and how important turning up the graphics settings and high frame rates are to you. It's certainly a lot better for 1080p gaming with a 1050 Ti than it was with a 1030. There still would be room for improvement, as a card with performance at least comparable to a GTX 1060 might be considered "ideal" for that resolution. Again, the prices of graphics cards are high right now though, so that might be outside your budget.

As for the operating system, you can't talk about cracked software here, and you should purchase a legitimate windows key somewhere.

A circle will be worse than a vs450 imo.

You based in India ??

If so Youre spending too much on the monitor & motherboard & skimping elsewhere imo.

In all honesty you can do a ryzen 1200 for much less money & it's the i5's equal.
Even a ryzen 1400 is cheaper & its just plain better.
