I have seen that my graphics card gets really high temps (90-100C). Then I saw that my fans werent spinning. Even while the temps were so high.
BUT when i boot my pc, they spin at the very start until it is starting up. so for like 10 seconds (so the fans arent broken).
Ive tried solutions like taking the connectors out and putting them back in but it still doesnt work.
My card is a MSI Geforce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB. I run windows 10
