Motherboard possibly fried?

I'm putting together a new gaming pc mostly from scratch, I went to fire it up last night and had smoke coming from the board. I realized I had a brain fart and didn't install the standoffs. Installed them, tried again, more smoke. I've tried breadboarding the whole thing with no success. Here's my specs;

MSI tomahawk b350
Geforce 770
Ryzen 3 1200
Seasonic 520+ psu
G.skill ripjaws v 2x4gb ddr4

Hi,

definitely roasted and trying to re-run the setup can make it even worse since shortened semiconductors change their characteristics irreversibly. Hard to say which way is best to test each components function without putting the test hardware at risk.
