Pc only turning on for a few seconds after cleaning gpu fans.

Hi, my gpu was getting noisy so I decided to clean (not vacuum) JUST THE GPU and now the computer will only turn on for a few seconds and then shuts off. The gpu fans spin as well as everything else, so I’m at a loss at what to do next. I’m not computer savvy so please be slow with me thank you

Sorry, I only cleaned the fans on the gpu. Pins? I have put it in over and over again, would that realign the pins?. I did disconnect the two sides covered in thermal paste do I NEED to reapply it?
