Going to make a mostly new build.

new items:
Ryzen 1500x
Asus strix B350-F
Corsair 8GB Vengeance 3000Mhz CL15 kit

and the old ones:
Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti windforce oc
WD Black 2TB 7200rpm
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

It would be nice to do some RGB. I calculated the estimated power consuming and it is 250W, recommended PSU is 300W minimum.
My plan is to pick a 400W PSU at this moment. (i am not an expert here but i tried do some google magic) but here i am stucked. Which brand is good? or let me be more specific, what exact PSU do you recommend for this setup?
ohh and the budget: near 50-80$ or convince me to spend more on this unit

EVGA assembles some decent PSUs. While I like their G2 Supernova series, you're probably looking at their value bronze-rated lines for the pricing. However, the bronze-rated ones also can easily last the lifetime of your system, so don't worry about that rating.

You can get a fully modular bronze-rated 450W B3 model for around $60. A semi-modular (usually means the power connectors are hard-wired, while the others are plug-in) bronze-rated can be had for near the same price.

Gold-rated PSUs, besides the higher quoted efficiency rating, might have some better rated capacitors and other features than the bronze. But you can still find good value in bronze-rated PSUs.

What you think about the CORSAIR CX Series CX450M over the standard 450?

I barely find the EVGA B3 450W in my local area, would be nice to exclude the over boarders shipping. Theres a B1 450W, the biggest difference as far as i can see it is not modular.
Maybe i can go up to 90$ if it's open any better possibility for my case.

That CX450M looks nice to me in the first round.
Do you have any thoughts about FSP PSUs?

Woooo FSP has a way too much series for an easy decide, also the Hyper starts from 500W, it is an overkill for me right now. Probably i just go to sleep now and tomorrow with a clear mind i will try pick the winner.

Hmm... well, if you don't want the B line, you can get EVGA G2's on sale some time.

Also, Seasonic is pretty decent. While they tend towards higher prices, you can get a deal here & there on models that won't break the budget. The S12 can be had for a lower price on Newegg, albeit it might be at a higher wattage rating than you need.
