Pc just shut down, when i boot it up it takes some time it doesnt react, and than i hear the boop sound form pc 2 times, instead of 1 usually. Cant boot it up normally so i have to in safe mode and there the whole screen is jagged in moving colored pixels. Hopefully this community can help me figure this out, much appreciated!

Edit; specs;
Amd fx 4320 4.02ghz
GTX 750ti 2gb
8gb

In advanced settings in screen resolution everything is "unavailible" / "n/a", Maybe because of safe mode maybe because of something else i dont know, hope this helps a bit more. Thanks!

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Erok031 : "Pc wont boot, pixelated screen in safe mode."

Pc just shut down, like it went to sleep mode,no sound or anything. I try to turn it on and nothing happens for like 15/20 seconds and than i hear 2 boops and it turns on. After the motherboard screen comes the windows loading logo (win7) and maybe 5-10 seconds into loading it just gets pixelated and stops, screen goes black for 10 seconds and PC restarts. I was able to boot in safe mode where when i change resolution to anything higher than 800x600 pixels appear over the screen like ones in Windows loading screen. Still its useable and when i open a window or move it pixels dissapear from there and come back few seconds later. I cant open AVG and anything windows software related if i can say soo. Windows activity center service can't be started, cant open Geforce Expirience to uninstal and install drivers. My firewall was down for a week or soo and soo was my antivirus, brother turned them off for a video game and forgot to turn it on. I downloaded malwarebytes and ran full scan, found some troyans, removed them but that fix the problem. Launch startup didnt help, cant system restore to previous point cause i didn't create one.
When i tried running a video game (League of Legends) to test if it will work it said there's problem with drivers. If anyone can help big thanks, am not in position to take PC to shop right now soo this is my only help i guess. Thanks!

My specs:
GTX 750TI 2gb
8GB
AMD FX-4320 4.02ghz
