My cpu's temperature randomly goes down then jumps up

I have a overclocked ryzen 1600 and i got a AIO water cooler (cooler master masterliquid lite 120) but after i put it on my cpu's temps go from around 35c then jump to 45 or 50c before going back down

In balanced mode, INtel and AMD processors will ramp up from 800 MHz to 2 GHz, to 3 GHz in an instant, and then back down to idle as workload conditions dictate...

Only if nothing is happening (no WIndows updates, no program update checks, etc) will it sit at a constant 800 MHz and 28C, for instance...

Naturally, certain fan control profiles might also allow temps to ramp up before even running the fans in the interest of noise suppression...
